The largest space in the studio, the Main Room features several different sets, a fully functional kitchen, gorgeous white functional bathtub, fax shower door and so many options for creating amazing photos with a wide range of color schemes, textures, and styles for portraits and beyond.

The XoXo Room is an intimate studio space set up for boudoir photography and beyond with glamorous sets and deep, rich colors with neutral textiles give the space an intriguing feel with delightful accents that help bring your photos to the next level of originality.
Powder Room
This space is perfect for getting ready for a photoshoot or event! It features a curtained dressing room with robes, excellent lighting, large mirrors, hair and makeup station, and more. We even provide extra amenities and supplies to make sure you have just what you need.

Start by applying to become a member — this gives you access to book studio time online, access to the space, and join a growing network of local creatives who call this space home.
When you apply, you’ll:
- Meet the owner and tour the studio in person
- Review and sign our rental agreement
- Get your personal access for the studio locks

Small Town Vibe

Located on Main Street in Wayland, Michigan, just 20 minutes south of Grand Rapids, MI Studio Space gives professional photographers and creatives amazing studio workspace in a quiet, quaint, convenient setting.
We are located on the second floor of this building (Our signs are coming soon). Come inside the Don Poncho Bar & Grill then right up the stairs to the studio space.
Parking:
There is a pay to park lot across the street. I recommend using city street parking, the north library lot or behind our building in front of new life church.
While we may be a bit off the beaten path with a small town exterior, the studio space itself includes upscale sets, props and décor as well as laid back, casual pieces that deliver versatility to create amazing photos and videos with just the right the look and feel.
And historic, downtown Wayland is full of incredible, vintage exteriors, green spaces, cute shops and cafes and incredible locations to take your shoot outdoors too!
Meet the Owner…
Emina Delic
I am Emina! I’m usually behind the lens, and always behind what happens at MI Studio Space.
My heart and soul have been poured into creating a photography studio space that I want to shoot in, and share with you! I spend hours each week making sure that everything is perfect inside and out, regularly changing furniture and décor, adding pieces and rearranging things to perfection. (like most photographers who spend half of their time)
I laugh a lot and talk too much, and do my best to make sure there is never a dull moment in life. I live for new experiences, and will try everything at least twice to make sure I like it 🙂
